81 points of life

Picture : The profile of Georgia = the points of life she has for emotions, healthy diet, detoxified environment, etc.
For each dimension/color, the maximum is 9 points.
A person with NO PROBLEM has 81 points of life.
Of course, this person will never exist !!!

Four incomprehensible things

1. The Miracle

In a thesis about survivors, there are “miracles”.
How can we understand that – knowing that ALL survivors do 9 + 2 things and not only “walking to Compostella” ?
First, most people don’t realize – don’t verbalize – that they do several changes in their lives.
Example : When Diana says “I went to visit an Amazonian shaman” she forgets to say :
1. I left my toxic mate 2. I changed my diet 3. etc.
Second explanation that I propose : “falling ill” means getting under a certain amount of points of life.
So “raising toward health” means getting more/enough points of life.

2. The fall

As I just said, the “fall” can be explained the same way as the “miracle”, by a getting under a certain threshold of points of life.
And the same “non-verbalization” happens.
When Peter says “as a sequel of the trauma/accident, I developed a tumor” he forgets to say “I lost my job”, “my sister had an abortion”, etc.

3. The multi-factors healing strategy

Some survivors do only “small” things but well balanced over the 9 dimensions of change.
Small things influence the positive spiral and the final result is big !

4. The multi-factors falling scenario

It’s the same.
Paul doesn’t drink a lot, doesn’t smoke a lot, doesn’t eat junk food a lot, doesn’t represses his emotions a lot, etc.
But Paul loses points of life on the 9 dimensions.
Paul activates the negative spiral which becomes powerful : he falls into severe illness.

Georgia’s life points profile

Here is – one more time – the diagram of the points of life of Georgia.
Shall we explain, dimension after dimension the dynamics of loosing points and gaining points of life :
1. How Georgia has lost points of life
2. What a survivor – myself – has done to regain points of life

Dimension 1 : Repressed emotions First on top – purple
Georgia’s score is not that bad.
But remember that the TOTAL of points is important.
Georgia must gain points event on dimensions that are “not that bad”.
Qualitatively, repressed emotions often prevent to take good decisions on other dimensions.
There is a need to get nearer from 9/9 points.
***
Chris : It is not an illness that made me realize that I had a bad score for dimension 1.
It was just my inadequacy in life.
I be conscious of my emotional pitfalls, I be sure that I can gain points of life for that dimension.
When 29, group for emotional therapy – Klein & Winnicott “school”.
When 33, Mézières method + talking sessions.
When 34, Rolfing.
When 36, Primal therapy
See the pictures “before” “after”.
Dimension 2 : Positive emotions
Georgia’s score is low.
She lacks confidence in herself.
***
Chris : It was the first thing I worked on when I was 20.
But repeating “Yes I can ! ” is not enough.
The work must be done on different dimensions together.
Dimension 3 : Listen to one’s intuition
“Not listening” = listening elsewhere.
The first problem is MIMESIS = doing/thinking the same thing as a twin, for example.
There is also the top down pressure.
Moving toward oneself means moving AWAY from influencers.
The top down influencers are figures with authority – father, big brother, teacher, etc.
Georgia has done part of the job.

Dimension 4 : Rituals, celebrations, worship, etc.
Georgia is on the way.
There are three situations.
1. I have already rituals, celebrations, worship, etc. – a religion – and I will find strength by deepening my relationship with the Book of this religion, with the rituals, etc.
What will be new is that “a religion” will become “My religion”.
That A ritual will become My ritual with My emotions.
Idem for My Celebrations.
And My unique way of worshiping.
2. Second case is when people from my family’s religion were toxic to me and I need to move away and discover other rituals.
This may need taking a distance from my original group.
3. Third case is when I have no religion.
I can relate to an existing religion or create my Unique set of rituals, etc. coming from several spiritualities.
Dimension 5 : Healthy food
Georgia has stopped eating “bad foods”.
For her, it was refined sugar, industrial dairy products and industrial wheat – see Maimonides medicine.
Georgia discovers the richness of the palette of grains : buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, etc.
She learns how to get calcium from Lithothamnium algae, etc. – see Magic breakfast.
Dimension 6 : Phytotherapy, etc.
Georgia has to improve her confidence in the importance of herbs, minerals, vitamins, etc.
Dimension 7 : Supporting network
Georgia has a good supporting network.
This will allow her to work on her weak dimensions and gain points of life.
Dimension 8 : Physical activity
In her network, Georgia has people who are fond of “intense” physical activity.
This is not her style … so she must find adaptations.
Dimension 9 : Environment
Sometimes, for avoiding the toxicity of/in the environment, the only way is to move away.
In other cases, it is possible to manage avoidance tactics.
You don’t need necessarily to change your job, your stepmother AND move to another house !!!
Example : A practitioner of geobiology can consider the qualities and pitfalls of your house.
For people, you can adjust the distance and the quality of exchanges.
Etc.
