The Deficiency Rooted Degenerative Syndrome : a cure

Picture : To survive, I need to make an inventory of all the parameters of my body and soul.

To be healthy, one needs to have a metabolism with enough points of life.
The model of “points of life” is unavoidable to understand :
– being healthy
– falling sick
– raising up toward health

Our urban way of life – or bad rural way of life – leads us to loose MANY points of life through diet deficiency – this is the downward process.
When the matter is regaining points of life, diet is an “easy” way to do it.
I mean easy compared with other ways to regain points of life.

I take fibromyalgia as an example of a malady of the family Deficiency Rooted Degenerative Syndrome DRDS.
The question is :
If I take Ubiquinol Q1O, will my health improve ?
I find the answer in the PubMed database.
In the following list, I give the references to academic publications that answer “YES !” to the question.
And so forth for each and every functional food.

So, the process seems very simple :
I take as many functional food as I can, so I get life points so I get cured.
Yes … but don’t forget to gain points over the 9 dimensions !!!

My magic breakfast

As I told, I had studied the matter of deficiency several years before my fibromyalgia.
So I immediately added new foods to my usual diet.
Later, I called it My magic breakfast.
